ABOUT THAT CLIFF LEE THING.
The alleged ultimatum given was that it had to be decided before tonight’s game in Seattle. So, we sit, and we wait, and we get nothing productive done, while we sit and fume.
Crabby.
Yankees allegedly out. “Another team pushing hard.”

I’ll really need some of that Old Bay seasoning too if the trade goes down AND the Mets do not play well this weekend. If we get beat fair and square, I’m okay with that. I just don’t want to see mistakes, horrid pitching, or bad managerial moves.
p.s. - I won’t hate Cliff Lee. No reason for that. But, I can always conjure more hatred for the Yankees.
