NEW PODCAST & BASEBALL DIGEST.
If it wasn’t enough that I’m bouncing around the house at the concept of the regular season starting, and SEEING BASEBALL ON MONDAY, there are two new projects I’m excited to tell you about:
- Podcast: Every Sunday at 6:30pm EST, I’ll be co-hosting a podcast with Julie from the excellent Cubs blog A League Of Her Own, called Throwing Like A Girl. We’ll be talking to women all over baseball as the weeks progress.
- Baseball Digest: I’ll be writing about baseball travel and ballpark sightseeing type things for Baseball Digest. My first article, about traveling for Opening Day, is on the site now.
I will be at the open workout on Sunday and Opening Day on Monday and look forward to reporting on the much needed, very welcomed changes to Citi Field and the return of Mets baseball.

I listen to “Throwing Like a Girl” at work today and really enjoyed it. It was well done and flowed well…and I liked Sara’s take on stadium concessions. Being a guy who does not like to listen to the testosterone driven shows, I look forward to listening to your future podcasts.
