TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES.

The photos from the weekend are on a new memory card…which doesn’t work in my old reader.

Actual Mets content coming tonight. Please stand by. :)

While you are experiencing technical difficulties (and by the way, your battery problem?  Contagious), may I point you at this article, if you haven’t already seen it about closers that I hooked from Shakesville?  Agrees with you, too.

from the same shakesville post, a note about the olympics & tibet - friday night, the mets - for some reason I cannot fathom - had one of the first pitches thrown out by a chinese gentleman, “in the spirit of the olympics.”

TBF: “HOW ABOUT, IN THE SPIRIT OF HUMAN RIGHTS?”
me: “FREE TIBET!”

unfortunately, of course, no one heard us except section 12. and most people didn’t seem to get it.
