THEY DO EXIST.

FOUND: in the new team store tent-thing out near the subway stairs - THEY DO EXIST!!!

(A nice touch is the Shea 1964-2008 logo printed on the sleeve.)

Funnily enough, yesterday I had written a whole rant about how there need to be John Maine shirts, and was going to start this whole campaign to get the Mets to manufacture them. Oh well.

They have OP shirts, too, but I am still vacillating. It will break my heart when we lose him.

LOL—We actually didn’t stay in the Upper Deck for long… my son’s friend had a cousin down on Field Level just past first base who hooked us up with tickets so we moved down in the 4th inning… which of course were amazing seats, but also made me realize that there are annoying, ignorant fans everywhere. Obviously there are lots of great fans, too… but some that you just want to smack.

Maine is slowly starting to get some respect.  It’s nice.  I’m probably ordering a Maine BP jersey soon.

crazymetgirl, they haven’t even sprung for one of those giant trading cards for Pagan for the lineup above the gameday ticket sales booth by gate e.  I wouldn’t hold your breath on a shirt.
