No, seriously. This is not some lame-o internet petition. This is the REAL DEAL.
Vote for Mr. Met in the Mascot Hall of Fame.
I say that even though the Mariner Moose (an ex-mascot of mine) is also in the running.

The moose has no balls and he is going down. He isn’t relevant to the Mariners, just some hick they picked up out in the woods. A dancing anchor, mermaid or a fisherman in a raincoat would be more fitting.
Mr Met is a legend. I still remember him riding around in the Mets hat car.
I am voting for Mr Met.
